For quite a few years now Omnivore has drawn inspiration from New York’s young culinary scene. Since Carlo Mirarchi’s first steps at Roberta’s, David Chang at Momofuku, the launch of Contra and more recently Semilla. These young chefs are now part of the collective history of cuisine and of Omnivore’s history. After four editions between 2009 and 2013that were packed with great encounters, masterclasses, and evening events, Omnivore World Tour has decided to return to Manhattan for two really exceptional dinners.
These two magical evening events set in the heart of SoHo have been entrusted to four highly capable chefs and friends. Angelo Romano, Hugue Dufour, Jeremiah Stone and Daniel Eddy surf the same wave of young cuisine as Omnivore. In addition to their talent, they are wonderful human beings who are full of life and have a great ability to work together, which will prove a great asset when creating two memorable dinners. For sure, December 14th and 15th, it will be Xmas in advance for all gourmet enthusiasts.
