Sirha Omnivore, young cuisine festival, and ICE Italian Agency for Foreign Trade are putting Italy in the spotlight throughout 2023 and together celebrating the richness of Italian and French gastronomy and terroirs.

On this occasion, a culinary journey that sees the unprecedented collaboration of chefs is organized in the form of 5 pop up dinners in 5 different French cities. These dinners prepared with 4 hands by Italian and French chefs each honor an Italian region/city and a different French region/city:
• Friuli-Venezia Giulia x North-East
On April, 3rd in Strasbourg
• Marseille x Napoli
On April, 24th in Marseilles
• Nantes x Genoa
On May, 15th in Nantes
• North of France x Sicily
On June, 19th at Le Touquet-Paris-Plage during Sirha Omnivore Nord
• Paris x Roma
On September, 9th in Paris during Sirha Omnivore Paris
Strong presence of Italian chefs and exhibitors
During Sirha Omnivore Nord (June 17th to 19th, 2023) and Sirha Omnivore Paris (September 10th to 12th, 2023), dozens of chefs and brands will be present in the aisles and on the stages of the 2 food festivals.
