Sirha Omnivore Nord tells and stages, in its convivial and reflective format, stories of fishing, breeding, crops, market gardening, pickings and singular cuisines, closely linked to the landscapes and territories that make up the Hauts-de-France region and Belgium.

A region of incredible wealth in terms of land and sea products and know-how and emblematic places, Hauts-de-France has just obtained the European Region of Gastronomy label.

GRANDE SCÈNE (the Big Stage)

Three days of demonstrations by chefs and pastry chefs, i.e. around thirty masterclasses delivered by major stars and inspiring new local and international figures who tell the story of Northern cuisine in the broadest sense.

SCÈNE ARTISAN (the Craftsman Stage)

Adossée au village des producteurs, la scène Artisan met en lumière le travail, les parcours et les produits de celles et ceux qui, la main dans la terre, permettent à tous les restaurateurs de garnir leurs assiettes et leurs tables. On y parle convictions, territoires, production.

Backed by the Village of producers, the Craftsman stage highlights the work, careers and products of those who, with their hands in the ground, allow all restaurateurs to garnish their plates and tables. We talk about beliefs, territories, production.

THE VILLAGE OF PRODUCERS

It is the large Sirha Omnivore market, bringing together around forty stands of artisans/breeders/fishermen/brewers and which embodies the richness of the regional culinary heritage. Artisans who defend the notion of sustainability, organic and reasoned cultures, a virtuous entrepreneurship. A space where presentations and tastings of reference regional products are combined, dedicated to both professionals and the general public.

THE FOODCOURT

Around large counters, the foodcourt is a friendly and festive space where 4 chefs at lunchtime, as many pastry chefs in the afternoon and a flagship brewer from Hauts-de-France offers specially created street food dishes for sale.

THE FOODTRUCKS

On the esplanade of the Palais des Congrès, resolutely street savory/sweet/iced foodtrucks complete the festival’s food offer, between land and sea.
